Create value for customer. Firstly, we shall solve the problems encountered by customers! For the customers who have chosen or intend to use GSH products, no matter whether their problems are directly caused by GSH products or not, we shall solve any of their problems concerned! Those problems include customers' R&D problems and the problems encountered at the production site. Supposing that the original mature product of customer A is HDI and customer A plans to develop BGA project in the new year, which areas will GSH support?
Till now, GSH product chain has covered from the highest-end products of our industry like ceramic brush rolls, wound/radial non-woven brush rolls with high cutting-force (de-resin/ copper-reduced brush rolls), to common double-sided multi-layer brush rolls used for PCB production. With the joint efforts made by the staff, our product quality control system ( ISO9001 ) has passed the 2nd-anniversary examination of Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), and its quality level and stability have achieved the highest world-class level than ever before!
On the other hand, the apparatuses and devices equipped by GSH Grinding Brush Roll Quality Test Center include: a scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), a Taiwan Kingsoul 4-brush heavy-grinding brushing machine, a Japan Seiko SDT brushing machine, a Fisher copper thickness meter, a Time roughometer, a Laser speed measuring instrument, an electronic balance with its accuracy up to 0.01mg , etc.
In addition, our expert team also plays a significant role. In our big family, there are not only the young experts with over-10-year experience of PCB production, but also the middle-aged PCB experts and grinding-brush-roll manufacture experts with almost 30-year experience. Hence, we can provide our customer A with: 1) Grinding solutions; 2) Grinding devices and grinding brush rolls; 3) Analysis of grinding results for improvement.
Assuming that our customer B, at the production site, encountered the problem that there is a phenomenon of cementation arisen after sticking dry films for image development, we will assign our on-site engineers together with the customer's on-site personnel to conduct an analysis on the following problems: pre-processing problem / dust-sticking problem / preheating problem / dry-film problem / film-sticking temperature problem / film-sticking speed problem / film-sticking pressure problem / exposure problem / image development problem / electroplating problem, etc. We will check all the problems one by one, until we solve the problem.
For the following on-site problems, GSH hopes to become your helper:
1 . Removal of inks in tapholes: 1.1 Uncleaned; 1.2 Copper reduced too much; 1.3 Rough plate surface;
2. Removal of copper grains after electroplating: 2.1 Irremovable; 2.2 Depressions left; 2.3 Uneven copper surface;
3. Deburring after drilling: 3.1 Unclean deburring; 3.2 Elliptic holes caused; 3.3 Hole edges broken after PTH;
4. Pre-processing stage before drying films: 4.1 Nodules uncleaned; 4.2 Oxidation taken place on the surface of copper; 4.3 Cementation / film annealing;
5. Pre-processing stage before masking for solder resistance: 5.1 Oxidation taken place on the surface of copper; 5.2 Slightly short / slightly broken; 5.3 Film annealing.
