| 4.Operation Procedures |
| |
4.1 Prepare |
| |
|
Make sure the power supply(220V single-phase)and
steam supply are all right(rated pressure 8KG/.sq.cm). |
| |
4.2 Sampling |
| |
|
4.2.1 Make sure the power supply switch in the
“OFF” position, the router Up/Down handle in the “DOWN” position,
the press head handle in the “UP”position. |
|

|
4.2.2 Turn the router Up/Down handle to the “UP”
position, and move the router bit to the beginning position of
the sampling window way's left descend angle. Then turn on the
power switch, the laser lighter switch, make the router bit center
align with the zero:00 laser light point. |

4.2.3 Turn the router Up/Down handle to the “DOWN”position
. |
| |
|
4.2.4 Make the to be sampled position of the
PCB aim at the sampling window, choose the sampling zero:00 as
the Fig 2 shows, make it align with the laser light point, and
turn the press head handle to the “DOWN” position to press the
PCB tightly. |

4.2.5 Press the router bit switch
down, the router bit starts to work, the vacuum cleaner begins
to work.(Please turning on the Vacuum Cleaner switch) |

4.2.6 Turn the router Up/Down handle
to the “UP” position, the router bit will rise up and drill a
hole on the PCB, and the router bit capers, turn the hand wheel
to make the router bit move as the Fig 2 shows, then the sampling
operation completed. Be careful , keep about 1mm not be cut off
to prevent the sample slice falling off.(As the Fig shows) |

4.2.7 Turn the router
Up/Down handle to the “DOWN” position and press the router bit
switch “OFF”, turn the press head handle to the “UP” position,
then take out the PCB and break off the sample slice. After finishing
sampling, please turn off the power supply switch. |

| 5. Change the router bit |
|
|
| |
|
Make sure the power switch in
the “OFF” position, the press head handle in the “UP” position,
the router Up/Down handle in the “DOWN” position. |

|
Loosen the papilionaceous nut
which is behind the wabbly arm, turn to move the wabbly arm
for appropriate angle. |
| |
|
Take out the platelet which is
on the worktable panel. |
| |
|
Turn the router Up/Down handle
to the “UP” position . |
| |
|
Use the prepared wrench to complete
the changing router bit operation.(Attention:The router bit
should take the worktable panel as the standard to rise to some
height, and the height needs overrun the sampling PCB plate
which is 2—3mm thick.) |

Turn the Router Up/Down handle
to the “DOWN”condition. |
| |
|
Replace the platelet which is
on the worktable panel. |
| |
|
Turn on the power supply switch,
the laser light switch, turn to move the wabbly arm to |
| |
|
make the router bit center align
with the zero:00 laser light point approximately, screw down the
papilionaceous nut. |
| 6. Security Notes |
|
|
| |
6.1 Confirm the sampling machine
connected with the ground dependably! |
| |
6.2 When the press head handle is
in the “UP”position, it is forbidden to press the router bit switch
and vacuum cleaner switch “ON”! |

6.3 Make sure the power supply switch
in the “OFF” condition while you are changing the router bit! |
| |
6.4 Before turning the
press head handle to the “DOWN”position, please affirm that no
hand under the pane. |
| |
6.5 You should turn the router bit
handle to the “DOWN” position before taking out the PCB, then
press the router bit switch to the “OFF” position. |

6.6 According to the sampling quantity,
please check the gathering-dust bag of the vacuum cleaner termly
and clean it up. |

6.7 If your machine have any problem,
