1. Operation: No automatic board placing machine is used, and the boards are manually placed in a non-uniform manner, or the boards are always placed in the middle.
2. Configuration of brush roller: when matching some equipments with some brush rollers, it's necessary that the effective length of each brush roller shall be less than the corresponding transfer width, which requires to do special “edge-cutting” processing of the brush rollers.
3. Equipment: Due to the long-term serious abrasion of the back-up rollers on the equipment, the grounding traces will show “dog-gnawed bone” phenomenon even when the surface of brush roller is flat.
4. Process: The “dog-gnawed bone” phenomenon will occur after the brushes haven't been maintained for a long time, or boards have been placed non-uniformly for a long time.
