1.The features of GSH brand buffs are: it has a fine and uniform grinding effect, meanwhile the impulse force to the circuit is smaller than nylon bristle brush rollers, therefore GSH brand buffs are particularly suitable for the processing procedures of welding protection(WF), especially when the interval between lines is ≤3mil/3mil, the application of it is to dramatically reduce the defect (on one hand is to reduce the tiny brass wires of nylon bristle brush rollers, on the other hand is to reduce the broken of circuits) of OPEN/SHORT. 5.Please select a Scrubbing Machine that has a strong bracket, otherwise the vibration of machine will cause bad grinding effect, since the surface hardness of GSH brand buffs is obvious bigger than that of nylon bristle brush rollers, dynamic vibration will be occurred when GSH brand buffs works with the normal pressure(namely: grinding current) if the bracket of Scrubbing Machine is not strong enough. 6.It is easier to get surface damage for GSH brand buffs, therefore more attentions should be given during all processes. For deburring section, pay attention to the broken borer and oversize burr/ before out layer (DF dry film)processing, pay attention to the oversize copper wire at the board edge and copper burl on the surface; before WF welding protection, pay attention to the copper sheet raising or corner raising. Furthermore, for the board placement, it should be put equally on the left and right, in this way it not only avoid the occurrence of Dog-gnawed Bone Phenomenon to the buffs but also prolongs the service life of brush rollers.

7.Just like the nylon brush rollers, the GSH brand buffs are very sensitive to the temperature of cooling water, please control the cooling water under 35 ℃, otherwise the cutting power of brush rollers will be reduced, it is unfavorable for the cleanness of board surface and creating enough surface roughness.

8.When defects occurred on the brush rollers and it needs dressing, 20-50 board dragging actions must be done after brush dressing. Generally speaking, there are no abrasives and nylon fibers left on the surface of brush rollers after dress, the following work should be done is to remove the fibers on the surface via board dragging ( very low operating speed, such as 0.5-1m/min) and expose the grinding material or sand and resume the cutting power of brush rollers( attention: the resume of cutting power is: there should be uniform brush mark on the polished board), and then it can be used for mass production.
