HOW
TO USE GSH BRAND BUFFS |

This introduction include normal
use and dressing process,before use our GSH brand |
| buffs please read these carefully,thanks
for your cooperating! |
| |
1. Please check the package and make sure the
package is all right. |
| |
2. Before finish everthing of the buffs installing
in machine,DO NOT remove the |
| protective plastic bag to prevent
contamination! |
| |
3. Before starting to scrub OK panels,please
first test the combine of buffs with |
| scrubbing machine in the method of
“foot mark testing”,if the foot mark is a even |
| bright band with a width=10+/_2mm,everything
OK,if not,you should adjust buff or backup |
| roller let them be level,or you should
dress the buff surface use a dressing board |
| until the “foot mark testing” is
ok. |

4. Please note:after dressing,there is no more
sand on the surface of buff ,there is |
| only pure nylon instead of sand,so
you should seat the buff by passing many |
| passes(about 10-20times) of CCL until
the sand(abrasive grit) are exposed,then the |
| scrubbed panel will show you a sand
surface,this is very important for you to get a |
| good scrubbing result!!! |

5. Please check the temperature of cooling water,make
sure the temperature is less |
| than35 degree. |
| |
6. Please check the nozzole of cooling water,make
sure it is working well. |
| |
7. Please choose a suitable buff pressure/convey
speed for your process.for a long |
| time and suitable operating,the machine
noise should not be exceed 75 dB. |
| |
8. Do not open covers of the machine during it
is working. |
